We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at and our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that will encourage you to shop with us for years to come. On the rare occasion that you may receive a product doesn't match your décor or that you just don't like, our experienced Customer Service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through our easy return policy step by step. Return Eligibility

Bulkea accepts returns for unassembled items within 30 days after you have received your delivery. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and $80 pick up fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (assembled/modify items are not eligible for refund). Bulkea does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs or custom made or special order items (example: custom upholstery)


Our customers are extremely important to us and we strive to assist them in any way possible, but unfortunately at this time we are unable to conduct exchanges for a different item. If you would like to receive an item other than the one you are returning, please request a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

To exchange your order for the exact same item, you must contact Bulkea Customer Service within 3 business days of your delivery. You will be charged an additional delivery fee to exchange the item in question and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for an exchange (assembled/modify items are not eligible for exchange).

Canceling an Item or Order

Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled. Any cancellations or modifications of product orders outside of the initial 12 hours after purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellation after shipment will be issued as a standard return order (please see Return Eligibility for more information). If an item has been shipped already, it is subject to our standard 30 days return policy. Special order items cannot be cancelled for any reason. If your order has successfully been cancelled, will initiate a refund based on your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days following product arrival at the warehouse for your refund to take effect. This amount of time is typically needed for most financial providers to process your request. Stores is only able to accept cancellation requests via email. ( Email : Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST) Most email requests are reviewed and responded to within 2-3 business days.

Damaged Items

An item is considered damaged when it has dents, scratches, water spots, or any evidence of mishandling or impact. Customers are requested to contact us immediately upon discovery of damage to their newly received item. To help us help you resolve the issue quickly, please send us digital pictures of the product and the packaging explaining the problem in an email to our customer support team at This will allow us to take the matter up with the manufacturer who shipped the product to you.If you notice any damage or imperfections must be reported 24 hours of your delivery or it will be considered in-home damage. Manufacturing defects must be authorized by the factory regarding items that are in their original condition.

Price Matching

Price comparisons conducted with other stores will include calculating total order costs between Bulkea and the store in question. The total order costs that are calculated and compared: cost of the same delivery method, cost of service(s) chosen [ie: assembly], and the tax rate. All 3 of these costs are required when determining a price match. We do not price match products that are not on


Some situations will render us unable to deliver your item requiring additional time to be held in storage for the following reasons but not limited to:
- Incorrect address/Contact information provided to
-Away from residence/unable to accept delivery

Color / Appearance / Dimensions / Price Discrepancies

Although we make every effort to provide high quality images and descriptions of our products, we are not responsible for image color / appearance variations due to monitor settings or slight measurement discrepancies. If precise colors, dimensions, or patterns are critical to your order, please contact us so that we may assist you in answering any questions you may have prior to ordering. 

Bulkea is not responsible for errors regarding pricing or any other descriptions concerning our products, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders that arise from such errors.


It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If Bulkea is unable to deliver your regular stock furniture to the desired location, you will be charged a 20% restock fee in accordance with our return policy. For any circumstance that may involve a tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.

Please notify Bulkea of any special requirements in order to successfully complete your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting smaller trucks to navigate narrow roads, driveways or other obstacles that may impede an easy delivery, informing us of restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, needing to provide proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings and service elevator reservations. Orders that are cancelled or rescheduled due to special requirements not communicated prior to delivery will be charged the appropriate fees.

An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery photo as a proof of delivery.

You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery.Bulkea will not be responsible for any subsequent damage to any flooring. Our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture that are presently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

Your delivery date and 6-hrdelivery window will be created disclosed to you once your personal schedule has been confirmed. If you need to change your delivery date after your personal schedule has been confirmed, please contact our customer service at 626-854-2130 at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date, or you will be charged for an additional delivery.

Price Disclaimer

The prices displayed on the Bulkea web site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include delivery fees or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any delivery fees and the state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. While our goal is a 100% error-free site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our system, and the corrected price will apply to your order. Bulkea reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Items on Backorder

If you are cancelling an order due to backorder, we recommend you first call our Customer Service department to verify the accuracy of the backorder date before making your final decision. There are times when manufacturers state items as being backordered only to find that they have already shipped or are going out the next day. If the item is truly unavailable for an extended period, we sincerely apologize for the delay.

Please understand that we work with multiple suppliers and have to work with them to provide up-to-date stock availability information. With that being said, we are your voice and are leveraging our buying power to encourage manufacturers to improve their inventory levels technologies to provide improved service all the time.


All products offered on Bulkea website are brand-new and backed by the applicable manufacturers' warranties. The default warranty or length of time the warranty is applicable varies from company to company: products are supported in accordance with the terms and conditions of each individual manufacturer.
